Not sure how this has anything less than 5 stars. Keep it clean and it will run forever. [...] I’ve had mine for over 2 years now. I use it daily. Sometimes 3x a day lol. It’s running amazingly after all this time ! I love it.

Just to add - my son’s father wears white socks and they never get dirty here. He says this is the only house that doesn’t get his feet nasty lol. I owe it to my crosswave 200%. I also have two dogs and a toddler. Soooo yes it’s amazing.

I added photos of my most recent cleaning and this is after having 4 kids visiting. Two dogs. My toddler. And two adults. All of trampled through dirt and brought in a bunch of junk. The floor is SPOTLESS after cleaning.

Just buy it. Maintain it. Love it. And enjoy your white sock approved floors. The first use will blow your mind. I thought my o cedar mop cleaned well- nope.

10/10 Bissell NEVER disappoints - easy set up, super easy to use. Does 2 jobs at once - less to carry around - bought the combo with the extra rollers - well worth it. We have an addition that is a sunroom, 5 cats, and elderly visually impaired parents - this is a must have for time and efficiency. 4th Bissell purchase starting in 2009 and all are still functioning.

I had a Bissel crosswave a couple years back it was the purple one this time I bought the original and I love it !!! Took me 20 minutes to vacuum and mop my house at the same time and while I liked the old one I love this one even more it’s lighter I believe and it’s great !!!

Absolutely love the convenience of this item. It is a huge time saver by doing both the vacuuming and mopping at the same time. It works well and does a much better job than using a sponge mop. A once over with the Crosswave and the floor was as clean as when I scrub it with a brush - with far less effort. I am so glad I purchased it.

I have 4 dogs, so dog hair is always an issue. I know there is a pet model, but I have not had any problem with this one handling the dog hair and bigger pieces of debris that they bring in.

I've had a Hoover model from yesteryear which is still running strong, but it's seen better days. When this model went on sale, I thought I'd give it a try. I don't need a ton of bells and whistles. I just need a solid machine to clean my floors. It wasn't until this arrived and I cleaned a couple of rooms that I realized what a HUGE improvement in technology this was.

When I emptied out the dirty water tank, it was saturated with the dirt it picked up off the floor and I vacuum daily!

This was a gift for my daughter who has hardwood floors and small area rugs with a 4 year old that makes messes all the time! She loves this and it makes cleaning so much easier and does the job well with a family of five plus three animals! Cannot believe how clean it makes the floors and so easy to use with a perfect balanced cleaner to go along! It's great and would recommend to anyone and will buy myself one soon!

I love my Bissell CrossWave! It’s quick and easy to use, lightweight, and makes cleaning my floors so much easier. The cord is plenty long enough to reach all areas of the room without constantly having to switch outlets. It works great and is affordable, especially for how convenient it is. Definitely a great purchase!

This cleaners is a life saver for cleaning tile floors verses uses a manual mop we love it.

Cleaning floors is one of my most UNFAVORITE activities but with the Bissell I have enjoyed it.

Massive upgrade from the spin map Whick was great.

So far I actually like this vacuum and I’m probably going to keep it. It cleans well and the vacuum/mop combo is really convenient. My only issue is with one of my thinner area rugs. The suction is so strong that it pulls the rug up and makes it pretty difficult to vacuum.

It works fine everywhere else, so this isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker for me. Just a heads-up for anyone who has very thin or lightweight rugs—you may struggle with them.
