Super impressed with this product, I have been using it for a few days now and it is a definite game changer.

The luxury of having both heating and cooling at the simple press of a button is impressive. The product comes with a sleek remote control, so it is very easy to set the perfect temperature that suits you, the controller also has the handy feature of being magnetic, so no more misplacing the controller as it can now be stored on the body of the fan housing.

The Turbo Blade Cool + Heat comes with a long power cord so doesn’t need to be positioned next to the power outlet.

The 180 degree rotation of the fan and the multidirectional air outlets makes it easy for you to find that perfect distribution of air that suits you best.

We use this product every day and thoroughly recommend if anyone is thinking of purchasing this type of product.

The Shark TurboBlade Cool and Heat TH200UK is Simply Superb. I absolutely love the benefits of the having one fan that is capable of cooling as well as heating a room. One fan does it all, no more packing the cooling fan away at the end of the summer to then get it out again the following year. This fan gives you the best of both worlds, and I do mean THE BEST, this is by far the best fan that I have ever owned.

The fan arrives with minimal assembly required, please don't be put off by this, it's very straightforward and the pieces are clearly marked to line up and twist into place, that's as difficult as it is. The box lid itself as diagrams, and instructions written there is also a quick guide leaflet also included that are very easy to follow.

The fan benefits from a electric 3 pin plug cable of (120cm) length giving you great flexibility for larger rooms. (It would benefit from having the ability to store the cable neatly on the fan body) but with the fan being an all year round fan I suppose storing the cable may not be needed.

The outer arms on the fan are for the cooling part and the inner oval shaped section in the centre of the fan is for the heating part.

The cooling and heating system is achieved by a lever fitted to the fans main body highlighted with a blue dot for cool and red dot for heat, simply turn the lever manually to the relevant point for cooling or heating air.

The outer arms for the cool air are manually adjustable to give a more direct and wider coverage range over a static bladed arm fan.

The heat output is given from the centre oval shaped part of the fan body when the lever is in the heat position, there is also a smaller gold coloured lever that is fitted to the heat duct which allows you to alter the heat direction lower or higher similarly to the air ducts in your car, this allows for a more direct heat flow.

The fan is fitted with a large easy to read digital LCD display fitted to the base of the fan, this shows the current settings, including (Blue colour display and outer ring) when the fan is set to cooling with the current speed setting number and the same in (Red) when the fan is set to heat with the temperature display shown in degree's C (centigrade). The remote control is also fitted with a digital LCD screen that mirrors the fan settings, this is a great touch and well thought out, it allows you to know the settings for the fan even if the main display unit is not visible. The other neat touch regarding the remote control is not only is it a full remote control, meaning you can cover every setting of the fan on the remote control, the remote control base is magnetic so it holds neatly in place on the top of the fans main unit for storage, NO MORE searching for the remote control when not in use, simply place it on the unit for when you next need it, very clever 👍. The colour coordination and mirrored display on both the remote control and base unit is a genius idea too.

The fan is also fitted with what's known as a "Bedroom Setting" this means that the fan can be placed at the foot of the bed with the arms in the horizontal position, the height of the fan is then in line with the top of the mattress for ideal cooling or heating. It's perfect for my bed height, (maybe this could be made height adjustable on future models if needed, it may be fine as is) this would allow for higher or lower bed mattress heights, (just a thought). This works very well, this is the only fan that I've had with this feature, it gives ideal cooling and heat output constantly without the need for oscillating which on other fans is needed.

The fan is fitted with an area in the base as well as below the main fan head to carry the unit making it easy to move given the size, the size and weight may be a little difficult for the elderly or people with mobility issues, but this would be the case for any fan like this and is only to be expected from an extremely well made and very sturdy fan.

My overall opinion of this fan is, it's the best fan that I have ever owned and I have owned top branded cooling fans costing twice as much, this is far better, plus the added benefit of heat output too in one combined unit. The positives, as mentioned in my review out way the 2 minor very picky improvements (height adjustment and power cable storage).

Honestly? This is the ONE! not only can you have the fan blowing and making the room so cool and fresh, but you can also switch to a beautiful heater that really kicks out the heat! Taking seconds to merely heat the room to a toasty temperature, even when then turned off the room remains warm. The ability to have the unit at 45°, 90°, 180° is a game changer, and definitely something we are loving! Also the choice to have the blades facing top to bottom or left to right, is definitely a highlight. We use this of a night laying left to right and blowing from the bottom of the bed up, and during the day we have it in the Lounge with the heater setting on. It's such an all rounder that this will be used daily every day until it needs replaces in hopefully many years to come!

This fan/heater is an absolute game changer! This time of year the weather is so changeable, you can be in a coat in the morning and by the time you come home you're in a t shirt. This appliance fits right into this weather, infact it fits into any weather. The fan is great, I can turn the blades vertical or horizontal to get the whole room with a lovely breeze or a boost of air when required. The oscillation of the fan can be set to 45, 90 and 180 degrees making sure every area of the room gets a breeze.

Next comes the heater, this works along the same lines as the fan but wow this gives off a good amount of heat, the temperature is shown on the unit and turns off when it hits temperature and turns back on when it drops below the required temperature. Great if you just want to heat one room and not the whole house with turning the heating on. The unit was easy to assemble, and the remote magnetically sticks to the unit so you will never lose it. This is a great asset to the house and will be used for many years to come that's for sure.

Really happy with the Shark turbo blade. It heats the room perfectly and maintains the desired temperature that you set. The cool mode is fantastic too it has an option of varied speeds so it mimics the wind and feels natural. The design is solid and sleek and you can feel the quality. You can set the blades vertical or horizontal and twist the vents to different directions so can cover a wider area. It has a remote which you can set timers, change temp from hot or cold and set to 10 different speeds. The remote is also magnetic and can be stick to the fan so easier to find. I’ve only been using this recently but I can imagine this would be fab in a heat wave.

I've been using the Shark Turbo Blade fan/heater for few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed. This unit does exactly what it promises - powerful cooling in the summer and fast, reliable heating in the colder months. It's like having two quality appliances in one sleek, compact design.

This is a fab item, I've used the fan setting overnight and didn't wake up congested like I did with my old fan. Plenty of settings and speeds and when testing the top speed on the fan I honestly nearly blew off my bed haha. The heat setting is such a bonus and takes seconds to heat up a small room. Its going to be perfect in the winter for when I dont want the full heating on. It is big and if you have the blades horizontal it could be bulky for some people, however its very sleek ans almost futuristic looking. Really really like this item.

I bought this fan a few days ago and am very impressed.

It really is a solid machine and I have used both elements, cooling and heating.The heat was perfect when I used it over the last three evenings and the cooling system will hopefully work beautifully next year in the hot weather.

I am so pleased I bought the combined hot/cold model.

There are two things I need to mention,

1. For me, personally,, I will not be able to move this up and downstairs as it’s too heavy, so hopefully in winter the warm air will waft upstairs!

My big gripe with some major appliances with Ninja is not having a booklet with instructions to use and obviously not only with this item but the multi cooker appliance, no recipes etc.I looked online yesterday and found even cheaper items had booklets.Going online and then printing it out is a pain, to put it mildly!

Hope this will be remedied in the future.

Setting up the fan took me less than 15mins. At around 10kg, it's slightly on the heavier side, but still manageable to move to your preferred room. I chose my conservatory, which turned out to be the perfect room requiring quick heating at the moment.

I like using the remote control which is magnetic and I place it on the fan, and be sure it is never lost. To rapidly heat up the room, I set the fan up at 24°C and choose 90degrees oscillating angle, which sweeps the room with warm air. I also use the timer feature when I would like clothes to dry quicker when placed on the airer in the conservatory.

Turbo heating promises comfort for the coming chilling days. Equally impressive is the cooling function that promises to deliver a powerful cool air sweep within minutes.

I would recommend this fan for its outstanding performance, the flexible blade that can turn vertical or horizontal and the compact space it requires.

We have had this product 2 weeks and its a complete game changer!! The heat function warms up our large cold room of a morning in 5 mins after the children's bath and whilst they ate getting dressed, and the cool fan is just as effective when the room it too hot. Virtually noise free and with great ossulation its everything you could want, plus takes up little room abd looks stylish and modern. My only issue is that i only have 1!!

So, first impressions - it's big, it's a man fan! And on full heat mode it's fairly noisy. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but when I set a temperature and use different modes, the heater will stop heating after a while and then switch off. I've checked the different modes against my smart meter and I cannot get anywhere near the claimed 8p an hour to heat a room, again I may be setting it up wrong. But overall it's well made and has good features. It would be a nice touch if it had a center marker on the base for the center point of the oscillation, it doesn't, so you have to find this yourself with a little trial and error. Not tried it on cool mode yet, but I'm sure it'll be fine.

I tested one of these it was absolutely amazing. We were having the heatwave and the cooling fan was so good and powerful its a great design and the air circulated all around the room and not just in front of the fan. My dog and two children just laid on bed and it covered the whole area of the room. At night when it went cooler with switched to heat mode. Nice and quiet machine. Absolute game changer for me wish I could have kept it. Its design is great for small rooms as you can tilt arm up straight and only one machine needed for both summer and winter. Im definitely recommend this fan/heater. As soon as I have the spare money to buy one I will definitely be buying it

I am really impressed with the product. It's incredibly powerful in both the fan and heater setting. I especially like that you can direct the fan arms, this will be useful in the hotter months when I want to cool my children down when they are asleep in bunkbeds, as one arm can be directed to the top bunk and the other to the bottom bunk. The heater covers a large room, and heats it up quickly. It's very simple to use and I like that you can see what you have selected on the remote control and the unit itself. The magnet holder means hopefully no lost control. Overall I would highly recommend this fan heater, it will certainly be used a lot in this household.
